A drótköteles csörlők és a drótköteles emelők az emeléstechnika klasszikusai. Teljesen jogosan

Wire rope winches and wire rope hoists are classics of lifting technology. And rightly so, because they can be used anywhere, indoors or outdoors, where something needs to be lifted, whether it's a small or large object. Because fenced space our elevators, but especially the work carried out by our company lifts drive very often with winch happens, it is worth mentioning them.

What is a winch?

A winch is a simple lifting machine based on the principle of a hoist, which in four parts:

  • a cylindrical, rack-mounted from the rope drum,
  • the reeled up wire rope,
  • moving the drum by means of gearwheel gears from the fold,
  • preventing the rope and the load being lifted from recoiling, mechanical lifting to ensure safe lifting from the handle (handle tongue) or brake

available.

The drive is provided by a rotating arm in the case of manual winches and by an electric or internal combustion engine in the case of mechanical winches.

The winches primary use in the vertical load lifting, or -release, but they can also be used for horizontal or inclined towing, albeit to a limited extent.

The employee steel wire ropes tensile strength and the load capacity of the winches can be parameterised very well, so widely used tools in lifting technology: winches provide load movement in hoists, lifts, elevators, cranes, forklifts and excavators, among others.

How winches work

Although modern winches can be very complex machines, the basic principle of operation is very simple:

By rotating the drum the load on the wire rope moves in the desired direction, rising or sinking.

The motor of the electric wire rope winches can be can be controlled by remote control, and modern control systems result in outstanding precision, quiet and coordinated operation.

Depending on the type and location of use, winches can be fixed or mobile.
