Private houses and residential buildings
Perhaps surprisingly, the number of private house owners who are installing a small goods lift in their multi-storey house is increasing, as practical and convenient solution for example, to transport shopping or clothes from the laundry room from floor to floor.
It can also greatly increase comfort for elderly or disabled residents. These installations can be retrofitted, and the floor area of the shaft is usually around 0.8×1.0 m, which can be accommodated even in a small multi-storey building. The customisability

- The cabin can be fitted with removable shelves, which is handy when smaller items need to be transported in several portions.
- Doors can be either double sliding or hinged, with or without fire doors. This is particularly important in hospital and catering environments.
- Openings can be created on up to three sides of a floor if the layout of the space allows.
- The cab fixed Of steel or stainless steel (AISI 304).
- The modular tower structure can be covered with any type of cladding: plasterboard, glass, wood, so that the lift is visually integrated into the room and does not detract from the overall appearance of the interior
This flexibility means that Microlift can be easily integrated into a modern Scandinavian-style restaurant, a sterile hospital corridor, a winery with a vaulted cellar or a minimalist private villa.
Quick and easy installation
One of the most common misconceptions is that installing a dumbwaiter or small goods lift is a lengthy, disruptive and expensive construction job. In fact, because of the modular system, it is can be completed in a few days in most cases, separate mechanical room and load-bearing reinforced concrete without a window.
At the beginning of the installation, after surveying the site, our specialists will draw up a customized design, taking into account the statics of the building and the available space. Once the approval documents have been submitted, the approval time is typically 30 days, followed by installation and handover.
