What distinguishes small goods lifts from other lifting devices?
A small goods lift - also known as a dumbwaiter or dumbwaiter - is a for the carriage of goods only a compact lift system designed to move small loads between several levels. It is not designed to carry people and therefore operates within a much simpler regulatory framework than passenger lifts, and installation is also significantly cheaper, faster and requires less space.
