A production and operation has already been touched on in the course of this article, but the documentation of cranes is another important topic that deserves to be dealt with at some length.
Elements of the documentation
A daruk (and of course other lifting machines) documentation a combination of several documents. Cranes must have all of them in order to operate, and they must be checked during the six-monthly to three-yearly general inspections. Lifting machine logbook
It contains operator experience with cranes and other lifting equipment and incidents related to operational safety.
The lift truck logbook contains the work carried out by the operator (who is authorised to operate the lift truck and has been assigned this task) per shift observations made during investigations and other entries.
For the operation the legislation requires the lift truck logbook to include: the operator (who is the owner or hirer of the lift truck and the employer or contractor of the persons who are to operate the lift truck - the operator, the operator's operator, the person who ties the lift truck) name and address; the place of operation of the lifting machinery; the type of lifting machinery (type, serial number, inventory number, load capacity, periodic test group number, date of placing in service, name of operator or, in the case of more than one person, of operators); the the name and telephone number of the person responsible for the lift; the date of issue of the logbook (place, year, month, day); and the name and position of the exhibitor.
Crane book
For the safe operation of the crane and the major maintenance operations a document containing data and records.
Instructions for use of lifting equipment
The crane manufacturer must provide the the commissioning process provided during the instruction manual.
Installer's declaration
The repairs and maintenance carried out a written declaration by the installer who carries them out.
Commissioning authorisation
A safety assessment carried out by the manufacturer or by a licensed independent occupational health and safety expert authorisation to carry out safety and health installations, without which the crane cannot be operated.

Certificate or declaration of conformity
A CE (Conformité Européenne, i.e. European Conformity) is a mandatory certificationy to the authorities and to purchasers that the machinery or equipment meets the European requirements applicable to it.
Manufacturer of the machine, or its distributor, is aware of these requirements and takes them into account in the design, manufacture and sale of the product and is able to demonstrate that it meets them.
On paper or electronically
This documentation is often still traditional paper-based documents, but nowadays it can be easily preserved in digital format. However, in this case demonstrate the security of the computer system, and the appropriateness of the steps taken to preserve the documents in their unaltered form.
