The system had to be adapted to the specified load capacities. In terms of the technical design, the load to be moved, the available space, the required range of motion and the characteristics of the receiving structure collectively determined the main parameters of the solution.<\/p>\n<h2>The manufacturing environment<\/h2>\n<p>The client\u2019s main area of activity is the metal industry.<\/p>\n<p>When selecting a hoist, in addition to the rated load capacity, the lifting height, suspension method, mode of travel, number of operating cycles and operating environment are also key factors. The same load capacity may require different designs for different tasks.<\/p>\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Main solution: chain hoist<\/li>\n<li>Rated load capacity: 2,000 kg<\/li>\n<li>Lifting height: 6 m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A chain or rope hoist may be used as a stand-alone lifting point, on a track with a trolley, or as part of a crane structure. The suspension and the track must be dimensioned to withstand the combined effect of the hoist, the suspension and the working load.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the nominal data, the system\u2019s usability is also determined by the accessibility of the load, the operator\u2019s working area, the end positions and maintenance access. These factors must be considered in the context of the equipment and the surrounding technology.<\/p>\n<p>When selecting the appropriate hoist, the rated capacity must be assessed not in isolation, but in conjunction with the actual duty cycle. The hook speed, the control system, the length of the chain or rope, the design of the trolley and the power supply all affect usability. The load-bearing capacity of the load-bearing track or support must also be verified separately.<\/p>\n<p>Operational usability should be assessed on the basis of the entire process from picking up to setting down the load. Gripping, lifting, horizontal movement and precise positioning may each have different requirements; therefore, their sequence must be considered during the preparation stage.<\/p>\n<h2>What problem does it solve?<\/h2>\n<p>This solution is ideal when a clearly defined lifting capacity is required at a workstation or over a short distance.
