The system had to be adapted to the specified load capacities. In terms of the technical design, the load to be moved, the available space, the required range of motion and the characteristics of the receiving structure collectively determined the main parameters of the solution.

The manufacturing environment

The client’s main area of activity is the engineering industry.

When selecting a hoist, in addition to the rated load capacity, the lifting height, suspension method, mode of travel, number of operating cycles and operating environment are also key factors. The same load capacity may require different designs for different tasks.

The solution

Main solution: chain hoist

Chain hoist: 2 units

Chain hoist: 1 unit

Rated load capacity: 2 t, 500 kg

Lifting height: 15 m, 6 m

A chain or rope hoist may be used as a stand-alone lifting point, on a track with a trolley, or as part of a crane structure. The suspension and the track must be dimensioned to withstand the combined effect of the hoist, the suspension and the working load.

In addition to the nominal data, the system’s usability is also determined by the accessibility of the load, the operator’s working area, the end positions and maintenance access. These factors must be considered in the context of the equipment and the surrounding technology.

When selecting the appropriate hoist, the rated capacity must be assessed not in isolation, but in conjunction with the actual duty cycle. The hook speed, the control system, the length of the chain or rope, the design of the trolley and the power supply all affect usability. The load-bearing capacity of the load-bearing track or support must also be verified separately.

The equipment is well suited to the work process if the operator can safely reach the controls, the load’s path is unobstructed, and there is sufficient space available at the loading and unloading points. These practical considerations must be assessed in conjunction with the nominal technical specifications.

What problem does it solve?

This solution is ideal when a clearly defined lifting capacity is required at a workstation or over a short distance. A lifting device tailored to the task reduces the manual effort required and allows for more controlled vertical – and, where necessary, horizontal – movement of the load.

A chain hoist has been manufactured for a lifting task in a mechanical engineering production environment.

[236
257
245
269
post-11614","referencia","type-referencia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","ref_tipus-gyartasi-referenciak","ref_berendezes-emelomu-es-futomacska","ref_iparag-gepipar-es-gepgyartas","ref_problema-uj-telepites","has-thumb

2 t teherbírású emelőmegoldás üzemi anyagmozgatáshoz

<meta name="description" content="2 t teherbírású emelőmegoldás üzemi anyagmozgatáshoz.
