The system had to be adapted to the specific lifting task at the plant. In terms of the technical design, the main parameters of the solution were determined jointly by the load to be moved, the available space, the required range of motion and the characteristics of the receiving structure.<\/p>\n<h2>The manufacturing environment<\/h2>\n<p>The client\u2019s main area of activity is the electrical machinery industry.<\/p>\n<p>To lift a load safely, it is not only the lifting equipment\u2019s load-bearing capacity that is required, but also a method of gripping that is suited to the workpiece. The geometry, centre of gravity, surface, lifting points and fragility determine which sling or specialised lifting device can be used.<\/p>\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Main solution: load-bearing device<\/li>\n<li>Load-bearing brackets: 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lifting attachment establishes the connection between the lifting machinery and the load. Its own weight must be included in the total suspended load, and it must be designed in such a way that the workpiece remains in the intended position during lifting and movement.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the nominal data, the system\u2019s usability is also determined by the accessibility of the load, the operator\u2019s working area, the end positions and maintenance access. These factors must be considered in the context of the equipment and the surrounding technology.<\/p>\n<p>When designing the gripping mechanism, the positions for picking up and setting down the load, the permissible contact points for the load and any requirements for surface protection must be clearly defined. The connection and locking status must be clearly recognisable to the operator. For repeated lifting operations, a quick yet controllable connection is an important part of the work process.<\/p>\n<p>During the technical consultation, it is also worth recording the starting and target positions, the lifting frequency, the operator\u2019s movements and the location of surrounding machinery. In this way, in addition to the nominal parameters, it becomes clear how the lifting equipment fits into the daily workflow.<\/p>\n<h2>What problem does it solve?<\/h2>\n<p>This design provides a solution when conventional hooks and lashing equipment do not ensure a suitable, repeatable or gentle connection to the load.
