The system had to be adapted to the specified load capacities. In terms of the technical design, the main parameters of the solution were determined jointly by the load to be moved, the available space, the required range of movement and the characteristics of the receiving structure.<\/p>\n<h2>The manufacturing environment<\/h2>\n<p>The client\u2019s main area of activity is the packaging industry.<\/p>\n<p>Operational lifting tasks cannot always be carried out using a single type of equipment. Lifts covering larger areas, as well as localised and mobile lifts, require different ranges of motion, securing methods and operating procedures.<\/p>\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Main solutions: column-mounted slewing jib crane, mobile tower crane, load-handling equipment<\/li>\n<li>Column-mounted jib cranes: 2<\/li>\n<li>Mobile crane: 1 unit<\/li>\n<li>Load-bearing brackets: 2 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Rated load capacity: 125 kg, 1,500 kg<\/li>\n<li>Related design and services: SWF lifting equipment, installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The classification of equipment according to its intended use ensures that each lifting point is provided with the necessary load-bearing capacity and range of movement. In an integrated system, the technical compatibility of lifting equipment, lifting attachments and load-receiving structures must also be assessed.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the nominal data, the system\u2019s usability is also determined by the accessibility of the load, the operator\u2019s working area, the end positions and maintenance access. These factors must be considered in the context of the equipment and the surrounding technology.<\/p>\n<p>In a system comprising several types of equipment, it must be specified in advance which lifting task is to be carried out by which piece of equipment. This prevents a local operation from unnecessarily tying up the crane in a larger work area, or a mobile piece of equipment from being used for a task for which a fixed lifting point would be more appropriate. Shared load and lifting point data facilitate standardised operation.<\/p>\n<p>The equipment is well suited to the work process if the operator can safely reach the controls, the load\u2019s path is unobstructed, and there is sufficient space available at the loading and unloading points. These practical considerations must be assessed in conjunction with the nominal technical specifications.<\/p>\n<h2>What problem does it solve?<\/h2>\n<p>The combined design provides a solution when several different lifting scenarios arise within the same company or project family.
