Another function of painting is to protects assets<\/strong> corrosion and other adverse effects of weather or use.<\/p>\n

Technology and process of powder spraying<\/h2>\n

Powder coating, or sintering, is an improvement of an earlier surface treatment method, one of the most advanced and environmentally friendly surface treatment technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The essence of the procedure is use of electricity<\/strong>: the powdered paint applied with a spray gun is given an electrostatic charge while the cleaned, degreased and prepared for painting workpiece is grounded. The surface attracts the paint powder due to the different polarity.<\/p>\n

The procedure a uniform coating thickness can be created<\/strong> on the surface in the full spectrum of RAL colours, which is both aesthetic and corrosion resistant.<\/p>\n

RAL scale: RAL is a colour-matching system used throughout Europe, established and administered by the German RAL Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr G\u00fctesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V. The scale uses four-digit numerical codes to denote the different shades in nine colour ranges.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

During powder spraying, the paint does not require drying<\/strong>, the process is completed by annealing the painted surface at 160-200 \u00b0C, which polymerises the paint, making it harder and more resistant.<\/p>\n
