As previously reported <\/strong>we have reported<\/strong><\/a> on our websites<\/strong><\/a>, 400 m2<\/sup>-We have added a new factory hall on our site. And from this year, we have new technologies at our disposal: following successful tendering and procurement procedures, we have added an automatic grit spreader and a modern plasma cutting machine to our machinery. <\/strong><\/p>\n

On the occasion of the Eco Cranes Ltd.<\/a> services<\/a> a with contract cutting<\/strong> <\/em>have been expanded, it is worth briefly reviewing what plasma cutting is.<\/p>\n

The plasma<\/h2>\n

Plasma is already known from physics and chemistry fourth set state<\/strong><\/em>ot.<\/p>\n

It can be achieved by applying extremely high heat - up to several 10,000\u00b0C - or by creating an electric field when the heat or electric field<\/strong><\/em> gases become ionised, i.e. one or more electrons are stripped from their atoms.<\/p>\n

Plasma is an electrically conductive mixture of ions and free electrons.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The process in nature of during lightning<\/strong><\/em> is a large flow of energy from the negatively charged pole (the cloud) to the positively charged pole (the ground).<\/p>\n

Plasma cutting technology<\/h2>\n

Plasma cutting is a thermal cutting process in which the between the material to be machined and the electrode of the plasma cutter<\/strong> <\/em>form an electric arc, melting the material in the full thickness of the cutting gap, and the resulting slurry is blown out by a high velocity and high temperature gas jet (compressed air, argon-hydrogen mixture, nitrogen, sometimes methane, depending on the material to be processed and the plasma cutting machine).<\/p>\n

A plasma arc<\/strong><\/em> has a temperature of over 10,000\u00b0C and a speed approaching the speed of sound.<\/pre>\n
When using plasma cutting no chemical reactions<\/strong><\/em>, there is no heat generation process, as the material to be cut does not burn in oxygen as in flame cutting, so plasma cutting is perfectly suitable for a wide range of materials.<\/p>\n
